PURE Research Information Management System Implementation training

BIUST, in partnership with Elsevier, invites you to a workshop to familiarise you with Pure, the University’s research management system which serves as the central source of all information related to research processes in the institution.

The main objective of Pure is to reduce administrative burden for researchers and administrators; empower researchers through increased visibility and most importantly to support data-driven decision-making about the University’s research strategies.

Agenda:

General Pure introduction; user types (personal user, editor, administrator) and content types (articles, books, proposals); checking and editing personal profiles; adding content (manual and automated); validation, workflow and e-mail alerts; using Lists, overviews and creating dashboards; creating reports; discovering funding opportunities; administrator settings
